Kia ora whānau,
The mihi whakatau will take place this Thursday, 1 June at 5:30pm. It will held at Sir Michael Hill’s residence.
We will be picked up by bus at 4:45pm from the school and returned by 6:15pm where the children will get change out of their kakahu(costumes) and be released to a parent. Below is the schedule for the day.
Unfortunately we have been limited to 25 students for this gig as requested by Michael Hill’s coordinator of this mihi whakatau. It was extremely difficult to do as we would have liked everyone to be part of the occasion.

HELPERS REQUIRED:
The new piupiu will be allocated to all our tamariki on Thursday during their rehearsal between 1:30 - 3:00 in the P.Arts room. (Four helpers will be required for this. Please email Stephanie MacDonald if you are available at brentstephmac2@xtra.co.nz)
We will require about 6 helpers at 3:15pm on Thursday afternoon to help with the dressing of the tamariki performing at MHIVC. (Please email Stephanie MacDonald if you are available at brentstephmac2@xtra.co.nz)
