Some people seem to be in a state of confusion which I apologise for.

THURSDAY, 20 OCTOBER 2016

1:00 - 3:00 REHEARSAL IN THE HALL

3:45pm      PREPARATION FOR ART BAY PEFORMANCE

                  (Art Bay have asked that the performance now be scheduled at 6:00pm so we 

                   wont need to leave school until 5:15pm.  We will meet outside Art Bay Gallery 

                   on Marine Parade-next to Botswana Butchery.  The kids should be finished by 

                   6:15pm and can be collected outside the Art Bay Gallery)

                   Some children will require rides into Queenstown. If you are able to help;
                   please let us know)

FRIDAY, 21 OCTOBER 2016

1:00 - 5:00 REHEARSAL IN THE SCHOOL HALL (WANANGA) AND PERFORMING ARTS 

                  ROOM

                  (Please ensure your child has extra food with them on Friday for afternoon tea)
