He Karakia Mō Ngā Kai

He Karakia Mō Ngā Kai

E te Atua

Whakapainga ēnei kai
Hei oranga mō ō matou tinana
Whangaia hoki ō matou wairua

ki te taro o te ora
Ko Ihu Karaiti hoki to matou Ariki

Amine

Lord
Bless this food
To strengthen our bodies
To replenish our spirits
And revitalise
In the name of Christ our Lord

Amen
