12:45:     REHEARSAL IN THE HALL

12:55pm:BUS PICK-UP ROOPU

1:20pm:  ARRIVE MEMORIAL HALL - Proceed to the long room to put piupiu on

2:00pm:  PERFORMANCE

2:10pm:  LONG ROOM: Remove Piupiu

2:20pm   BUS PICK-UP to ARROWTOWN SCHOOL

2:45pm   ARRIVE APS - Remove KAKAHU in P.Arts Room

2:59pm   KARAKIA - KIA TAU

3:00pm   BELL

As this is the Performance roopu, we are trying to ensure all students in the roopu have either a pounamu(greenstone) necklace or bone carving for when they perform.

Autumn Festival Opening - Change of time

Please note: there has been a change of time for the Autumn Festival Opening. 

Tamariki are now required to be at the town hall at 4:15pm on Thursday 20th April. The opening will now commence at 5pm.
